Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Eligible for Return
- ✓Unused items in original packaging
- ✓Items with all original tags and certificates
- ✓Defective or damaged items (reported within 48 hours)
- ✓Wrong item received
Not Eligible for Return
- ✗Worn or used jewelry
- ✗Custom or personalized items (unless defective)
- ✗Items without original packaging or tags
- ✗Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Return Process
- Step 1:Contact us via WhatsApp (+91 7057711395) or email within 7 days of delivery
- Step 2:Provide your order number and reason for return with photos if applicable
- Step 3:We'll provide return shipping instructions and address
- Step 4:Ship the item back in original packaging with tracking
- Step 5:Refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we process it.
For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details when initiating the return.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or style. Exchange requests follow the same process as returns. If there's a price difference, we'll either refund or request additional payment.
