Cancellation Policy
Understanding our cancellation terms for different order stages and product types.
Standard Orders
Before Order Confirmation
You can cancel your order anytime before we confirm it via WhatsApp. No charges will apply.
After Confirmation, Before Processing
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of confirmation without any charges. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp.
During Processing
Once your order enters processing, cancellation may not be possible. Contact us to check the status.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom or personalized jewelry orders have special cancellation terms:
- Can be cancelled before production begins (usually within 24 hours of order)
- Cannot be cancelled once production has started
- Non-refundable unless the item is defective or not as described
Shipped Orders
Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. However, you have options:
- Refuse delivery at the time of delivery (return shipping charges may apply)
- Accept delivery and initiate a return within 7 days (see Returns Policy)
Refund Processing
For successfully cancelled orders, refunds are processed as follows:
Online Payments: Refunded to original payment method within 5-7 business days
COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer within 7-10 business days

- Wait for confirmation from our team
- Refund will be initiated once cancellation is confirmed
Seller-Initiated Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, suspected fraud, or other exceptional circumstances. Full refunds will be issued for seller-initiated cancellations.
