Order Cancellation Process
Learn how to cancel your order and our cancellation policy.
Before Shipment
You can cancel your order free of charge before it has been shipped. To cancel:
- Contact us immediately via WhatsApp (+91 7057711395) or email
- Provide your order number and reason for cancellation
- We'll confirm the cancellation and process your refund within 3-5 business days
After Shipment
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can:
- •Refuse delivery when the package arrives (return shipping charges may apply)
- •Accept delivery and initiate a return within 7 days (see our Returns Policy)

After processing, before shipment: No charges
After shipment: Return shipping charges apply if you refuse delivery
Refund Timeline
Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 3-5 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after processing.
Custom Orders
Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Please review your order details carefully before confirming.
